Your Mission

As the Head of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth while shaping and executing the company’s sales and expansion strategies.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and direct outreach.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and conversion.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging needs, and potential business expansion areas.

Strategic Growth & Execution

  • Define and refine the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS platform.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize pricing models, sales processes, and business strategies.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Your Profile

We are looking for a results-driven, strategic, and proactive sales leader with a strong business development mindset:

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue growth, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.

Technical & Personal Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • High level of motivation, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business-savvy with a customer-first mindset and the ability to translate needs into sales opportunities.

Job Conditions

  • Contract: Permanent Contract (CDI), full-time, with a probation period.
  • Location: On-site presence required at our office in the Hollerich district of Luxembourg.
  • Salary Range: Based on profile and experience.
