To achieve this, we are seeking a creative and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Head of Community who will play a key role in defining our marketing strategy, strengthening our brand presence, and managing our community engagement across digital platforms. Your Mission

As the CMO & Head of Community, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community engagement, ensuring a strong digital presence.

Marketing & Growth Strategy

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Optimize marketing performance through data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives to accelerate business growth.

Brand Building & Community Management

• Develop and strengthen the company’s brand positioning and messaging.
• Oversee content creation strategies, ensuring consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Build and engage with a strong community of users, partners, and brand advocates.
• Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Strategic Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Oversee PR and media strategies to ensure effective communication of company milestones and achievements.
• Implement automation tools and CRM strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and customer engagement.
• Establish performance tracking frameworks to measure and optimize marketing ROI.

Your Profile

We are looking for a visionary marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution:

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, or brand development, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
• Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in community management and social media growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, performance marketing, and content marketing.
• Ability to build and manage a marketing team, both internally and externally.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus.

Technical & Personal Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to brand positioning.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Deep understanding of customer psychology and engagement strategies.
• High level of motivation, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media management platforms.

Job Conditions

• Contract: Permanent Contract (CDI), full-time, with a probation period.
• Location: On-site presence required at our office in the Hollerich district of Luxembourg.
• Salary Range: Based on profile and experience.
